Shipping and Return Policies
In most cases, orders will ship within 2-3 business days of payment, unless the order is custom made or requires time to make.
For custom orders, I can give you a shipping time-frame once I know the details of your project.
Shipping within the US is via USPS (United States Postal Service) or Federal Express and may take up to 7 business days. I can include a tracking number if you request. If you would like to pay for insurance on the item, please let me know this, otherwise insurance will not be added.
Shipping "Everywhere Else" may take longer than 7 business days, depending on your location, but I can provide you with a tracking number upon request. If you would like to pay for insurance on the item, please let me know this, otherwise insurance will not be added. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs. To keep costs down, I usually ship First Class International with the US Postal Service or via Federal Express. With USPS first class service, tracking stops when the package leaves the US.
Artsy Albums will not be responsible for packages that have been shipped and are lost by the shipping company, Fed Ex, the US Postal service or another provider. I will do my best to obtain tracking information on all packages, but please let me know if you want delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, or other extra postal services. The fees charged for these services will be in addition to the listed shipping price.
Artsy Albums will not be responsible for packages that have been damaged by the shipping company, Fed Ex or US Postal Service. If a package arrives damaged, it will be the customer's responsibility to file a claim for any damage or loss caused by the shipping company. Artsy Albums will insure the shipment only if the customer requests this. Artsy Albums will not be responsible for damage caused by the shipping company.
I do not make money on shipping. I charge what it costs me to ship it plus less than a dollar for the padded envelope or box.
All international duties, taxes, and other fees are always the responsibility of the buyer. Artsy Albums will not cover these international shipping charges.
For DIY kits where digital instructions (instead of a printed copy) are requested, the kit is a final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Digital instructions for the kit are emailed as soon as the kit ships. Should there be a missing piece or some other problem with the kit, please email Traci to discuss.
In the event that a premade scrapbook is shipped and you are not satisfied, you may return the scrapbook within 7 days of the initial confirmation of receipt, so that Artsy Albums may make adjustments to correct the problem. You understand that you are responsible for insuring and returning the scrapbook to Artsy Albums. Upon completion of the adjustments, Artsy Albums will resend the completed scrapbook to you at Artsy Albums expense.
Full refunds can not be offered on custom design projects.
