Because our physical kits are pre-cut, the instructions DO NOT include measurements. By purchasing these instructions, you understand that you are buying a pdf copy of the original instruction sheet that was created for the physical kit. You can use the instructions and photos as a guideline for creating a similar project for yourself, but since measurements are not included, you will need to estimate photo mat and paper sizing.
