This album has 11 flippies, 3 folding pages with four sides each for a total of 12 "pages". There are 4 pockets and it will hold 37 photos of varying sizes.

These instructions include ALL of the measurements and a full materials list. This was designed with the Doodlebug, Lots of Love Collection but any similar products can be used.
