This Acrylic Camera Shaped Album is 4.25" x 6.25" and makes a fantastic DIY scrapbook project. It can be used for ANY theme and makes such a fun keepsake for photos of travel, family, friends, vacations, or everyday!
The album includes two high quality 1/8" thick acrylic covers, an acrylic circle for the camera "lens", 2 binding rings, and 8 cardstock pages that include 2 fold-out pages & 2 pockets. This was designed by Traci Penrod for Artsy Albums.
Optional: You may want a 1/4" corner rounder for the paper that you'll add to the covers. You will also need a standard 1/4" hole punch for punching the binding ring holes in the pattern paper you add. Note: Do not punch the hole through the acrylic as this can crack the acrylic covers.
The small acrylic "lens" on the cover should be adhered with a strong adhesive that works with acrylic such as Gorilla Glue, Loctite, or 3M DP8010 Acrylic Adhesive. If paper is adhered between the acrylic cover layers, a traditional strong tape runner will work.
The acrylic pages will arrive with a brown paper masking on them. This helps to protect the acrylic during cutting & shipping. Here's a tip for removing it easily ... use duck tape or gorilla tape on the corner of the masking and simply peel back.
